Yes. Our system supports saving game progress of any game.

Most games will have cheat codes available.
Access by pressing both joy sticks at the same time to open up the menu.

An important fact to note about the console is NEVER turn off the device just by pressing the power button. Always go to System Settings > Quit > Shut Down.

Not doing this correctly can result in memory card corruption. Similar to non hand held consoles.

Processing time typically takes between 1-2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within the next 1-2 business days. Please note that all processing times may take longer due to a high volume of orders.

Order Status

Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can also go to your account page to check your order status.

Note: The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of placing your order. It can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Order Address Error

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Shipping Delivery

If the order shows that it has been delivered, and the customer responds that the item has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible. Items shown as delivered but not received will not be refunded.

• This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
  • Accidental damage or misuse.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Acts of nature, including but not limited to floods, fires, or earthquakes.
  • Normal wear and tear.

5. Proof of Purchase:

• To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a valid sales receipt or order confirmation.

7. Warranty Transfer:
